What Is Coaching?

Professional coaching is becoming an integral part of our current society. The  International Coaching Federation (ICF)  defines coaching  as partnering with another in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching involves more than helping people. Coaching supports and encourages the calling, gifting and unique potential that God has given each person.

Why Coaching?

Worldwide, we are in dire need of cultivating better relationship skills that lead to stronger communities of support and belonging. By learning coaching skills, women can share more deeply their intrinsic values and become signs of peace in this divided world. Women in faith-based ministries who want to improve personal communication, leadership and ministry skills and promote community building are strongly encouraged to enroll in this program.
