Program Directors and Faculty
Sister Roberta Campbell is a Benedictine Sister of Pittsburgh PA. She is a seasoned educator and administrator with over 50 years of experience which includes teaching at the elementary, secondary and university levels. She has held several leadership positions including being Prioress of her Benedictine Community. Sister Roberta is a co-Founder and co-Director of Benedictine Coaching of Pittsburgh which includes the “Leadership and Life Coach-Training for Women in Faith-Based Ministries” program. Her zeal in coaching is to encourage women to use their values of refection and communication for promoting a more peaceful world-community.
Sister Evelyn has been a Benedictine Sister for 70 years and has focused on ministry to others in education, social justice work, and various forms of administration within her religious community and in senior centers. She earned an MA in Sacred Studies from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN and is a life-long learner. She is one of the co-directors of the Leadership and Life Coach Training for Women in Faith-based Ministries and one of co-founders of the Benedictine Coaching of Pittsburgh. Evelyn is excited about helping the participants flourish in their coaching formation.
Sister Susan Merrie English is a Co-director for the Benedictine coaching program. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through ICF Global, co-founder of two coaching training programs and co-editor of the book Professional Coaching: Principles and Practice. She holds a doctorate in education and considers herself a “womb to tomb” educator who has worked in public, private and prison settings. Sr. Susan is a social justice advocate, mother, program developer and award-winning student mentor. Her special interests are community building, mentoring and supervision for coaches.
Sister Michele (Shelly) Farabaugh is a Benedictine Sister of Pittsburgh for over 25 years. Her life’s work has been in human development and social Justice as a Counselor and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Shelly worked in in-patient and out-patient settings with all ages of adults to promote fullness of life in mental health. Her commitment to Social Justice has involved her in management jobs with non-profit agencies for housing and community development. Her goal is to encourage the people with whom she is working to develop their full potential. Shelly holds Bachelor, Masters and PhD degrees in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, and Monastic Studies. She has discovered over the past 10 years the importance of the emerging field of Coaching and is a recent graduate of the Leadership and Life Coach Training for Women in Faith-Based Ministries. Shelly assumes this new role of coach with enthusiasm and joy.
Faculty
Maryann uses coaching and culture facilitation skills in her work as a federal executive and as a volunteer with individuals outside of work. She completed the Duquesne University Professional Coach Certification Program (PCC) in 2019 and her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in 2020. She has served in various U.S. Government agency roles for 33 years and has degrees in electrical engineering. She is a volunteer faculty for Leadership and Life Coach Training for Women Faith-Based Ministries.
As an independent Coach/Consultant, I provide coaching services to my private clientele, helping them to uncover their passion and purpose, and use that to fuel excellence in their career as they grow and develop. In addition to private clients, I also serve as a contract coach for BetterUp. I see my clients as whole, capable, and wise. I approach every engagement with great curiosity and, using the clients’ unique strengths, values, motivations, passions, and interests focus on achieving their agenda.
I bring over 30+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales, Leadership, Training & Development, and Coaching that have fueled my passion to help people achieve success. I have degrees from Carnegie Mellon and Duquesne University and I am an Associate Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF Global), and ICF Pittsburgh.
I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in writing and have worked in the information technology field for 26 years as a technical analyst, consultant, trainer, and program manager. I hold a certificate in Professional Coaching from Duquesne University, earning my ACC credential in 2022. For the past 3 years, I have volunteered with the University of Pittsburgh PCCP as an Observer Participant. Two years ago I also began working with the Benedictine Sisters of Pittsburgh Coaching Program as a Mentor Participant and instructor, developing my own materials and volunteering as a companion coach. Writing, presenting, coaching, and comedy are my passions, and I incorporate them into my corporate job and personal coaching practice for the benefit and enjoyment of any undertaking. Contributing to the coaching community and supporting the profession is not only important to me, but a genuine pleasure and source of fulfillment unlike any other.
Rosemary is Principal and Founder of Beyond Words Wellness Resources, specializing in professional coaching, wellness workshops and nonprofit consulting. Her coaching clients include a diverse range of individuals and organizations in the U.S. and international community, encompassing nonprofit, academic, healthcare, and public health sectors.

Kristin is a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur and a 2023 graduate of the Benedictine Coaching Leadership and Life Coach program. She has served in leadership in her community, helped found grassroots organizations, and taught in schools from Cincinnati to New Orleans. She is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and is presently working toward ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation as a Leadership and Life Coach. In 2022, she and Vicki Wuolle, CSA launched a new ministry, Thresholds: Facilitating, Coaching, Consulting. In this ministry they work with religious and civic communities to open spaces marked by presence, deep listening and wholeheartedness.
Sidrah Mohyuddin is the President and founder of Renewed Realm, LLC, which is a coaching practice that specializes in life, career, health, and wellness coaching. She is also the Vice president of the International Coaching Federation Pittsburgh chapter. She has a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery, and is a National board certified health and wellness coach. She is also an Associate certified coach through the International Coach Federation. Her expertise includes career coaching, masterful health, wellness coaching, and emotional intelligence. She is an external coach for the University of Pittsburgh’s Biomedical Master’s program and a professional coach for Boon Health and Preventia Inc. By utilizing skills acquired from her training in various specialties and a diverse background, she is able to provide an individualized coaching approach to her clients. She empowers them in their journey towards purpose and fulfillment.

I am retired from a 38+ year career as a Senior Manager for the Postal Service. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I work mostly as a Leadership Coach contracted with a large coaching organization where I utilize my coaching skills and my organizational experience to assist leaders in developing their preferred leadership style. I also hold a MS degree in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University, where I currently teach as an Adjunct Professor. Christine is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), working with leaders who aspire to be excellent in their roles. She is also a certified Mentor Coach dedicated to supporting coaches who aspire to build & further refine coaching competencies. Before becoming a coach, Christine served as Regional Vice President for a national healthcare company where she served as a leader to many. She has hands-on experience with the challenges and complexities that leaders face each day and brings this “real world” perspective to her coaching. Christine holds a Professional Certified Coach Certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an MSJ from Seton Hall Law School and is a Past President of ICF Pittsburgh.
Erroline is a certified leadership coach and consultant. She coaches executives, emerging leaders, university administrators and faculty. Dr. Williams designs and implements leadership training programs and workshops for corporations and nonprofit organizations. She is on faculty and provides coaching with the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and serves as executive coach at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business for The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI). She is an executive coach with The Bradley Partnerships, Inc. and coaches within various sectors, including healthcare, banking, and higher education. Dr. Williams has extensive background in the corporate, higher education, and nonprofit environment. She has led major teams over 30 years in the corporate sector and most recently worked in Learning and Development at Duquesne University. She designed a robust coaching program for The Pittsburgh Promise, a nonprofit organization focused on urban youth and is former Vice President of the International Coach Federation (ICF)-Pittsburgh Chapter. She holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She approaches coaching as the ultimate personal and professional development.
Passion about emerging systems, the potential of people, and the provocation of transformation (personal, local, and global) during times of change inspire Vicki to grow. Her current priorities are fostering relationships, growing in cultural sensitivity (diversity-equity-inclusion-accessibility-belonging), organizational behavior and development, and conscious evolution as a practice of love. Her educational foundation is in Psychology, Theology and Leadership Studies, all of which influence her everyday interactions and the desire to be in conversation with those from diverse disciplines. Presently Vicki is working as a coach, consultant, and facilitator.
