This program is designed for women of any faith in ministry, whether ordained, vowed or lay ministry, church-based or non-profit based.
Year 1 (12 months) – Coaching Basics
- 2 synchronous online learning retreat weekends
- 20 bi-weekly synchronous webinars of 90 minutes each
- In between weekends – Completion of assignments and coaching practice clients
Year 2 (12 months) – Beyond Basics
- 2 synchronous online learning retreat weekends
- 20 bi-weekly synchronous webinars of 90 minutes each
- In between weekends – Completion of assignments and coaching practice clients
- A take-home open book written exam and an oral demonstration of coaching
Program Delivery
The program uses synchronous online teaching and fosters proficiency in the use of technology.
Retreat Schedule
The weekend retreats consist of 3 days of synchronous online instruction.
- Friday & Saturday – 9am to 5pm each day
- Sunday – 2pm to 5pm
